This is KOF13 in PC played using Taito Type X2 loader.an emulator for arcade machines.
(Slow Because of Recording, But Runs at full speed)

This is a true arcade port not mugen or fighter maker.

GPU: ATI Radeon (x1600Pro, x1300LE) or NVIDIA GeForce (7900GS, 7600GS, 7300GS)

Install Notes:
Just extract, and launch the "loader.bat" and have fun.
